Bhasin Fitness Pvt Ltd (Bhasin Sports) follows a no cancellation / refund policy. Following case scenarios detail the policy applicable in different situations.
change of category
Change of category is allowed only till the last date of registration.
For upgrade of category, difference in category price will need to be paid by the participant to the company. For downgrade of category, no refunds will be provided.
transfer of tickets
Transfer of tickets is allowed only till the last date of registration.
Participants are solely responsible for accuracy of submitted data, including name on BIB / tshirt / medal. The same shall need to be updated before the closure of registration.
Change in event dates
In case of change in event dates, all registrations will be auto carried forward to the new dates. If the new dates are not feasible for the participant, they may chose to claim a refund voucher to be used against the next edition of the event or any other event by the company. Participant may alternatively transfer the ticket to another participant. For transfer of tickets, please refer the details above.
event cancellation
In case of event cancellation by Bhasin Sports, all participants will be provided 100% refund (deducting the platform charges and/or taxes, if applicable).
